Data deletion

This page explains which Meta data (Facebook, Instagram and Messenger) Ghosty Studio stores when you connect a Page or an ad account, and how to delete it.

1. What Meta data we store

• Access tokens for your Page or your ad account, stored encrypted.
• Messenger messages and comments handled by your agent.
• Lead cards on your sales board, created from those conversations.
• Campaign, ad set and ad IDs you create or manage from Ghosty.

2. Delete it yourself

• Disconnect the Page on your agent's page: Channels → Messenger → Disconnect. This deletes the Page token and the message subscription.
• Disconnect Meta in Teams: Settings → Apps → Ghosty Ads → Disconnect or Uninstall. This deletes your ad account token.
• Remove the app from Facebook: Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → select Ghosty → Remove. Meta revokes access immediately.

3. Ask us to delete everything

Email hola@ghosty.studio from your account address with the subject "Delete Meta data". We delete tokens, messages, comments, leads and campaign IDs within 30 days at most and confirm by email when done.

4. What we keep

Only the billing and payment records that Mexican tax law requires us to keep; they contain no messages or customer data.
